Alongside designing and developing your website, we offer support contracts to keep your website updated and running smoothly. Whilst we do carry out core updates and maintenance on the server and website, once the site is passed over to you, it is then your responsibility to maintain your content and make the changes to your website
Support contracts can be invaluable as they take this pressure off you we will do all content updates on your behalf all you need to do is send through the content on email. We find that a contract can make huge time savings within school as updates from multiple staff members can be funnelled through and completed efficiently. We aim to respond to these tickets within 24 business hours to ensure updates are made when you need them.
What’s included in a support contract?
Most schools have set items they need to update each month, including:
- Policies
- Newsletters
- Calendar Events
- Staff Lists
- Blogs
- Statutory Content
We’ll update this content and many other areas for you as part of the contract – you just need to email it through to us and we’ll do the rest!
Our contracts can flex with your needs, we can complete a lot of support tickets within an hour each month but depending on the amount of content you provide you may need more hours. The usage levels and estimations will be communicated directly with you if your contract ever needs to go up or down.

Alternatives
If your budget doesn’t allow for a support contract, we also offer weekly training sessions. These are designed to upskill your staff about different parts of your site and how to manage them properly. Scott, our Technical Manager, runs these sessions, each one includes a demo followed by a Q&A session to ensure you’re in good stead to work on your site.
